How do I place an order on Ethnic Blue?
Select your items, choose the desired size, then click “Add to cart.” Once you’re done shopping, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, and installment payments via PayPal (France only).
Is payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are secured using SSL encryption to protect your data.
Can I modify or cancel my order after confirmation?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If the order hasn’t been prepared yet, we’ll do our best to make the requested changes.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder. If needed, contact us through the “Contact” page.
🚚 Shipping
What are the delivery times?
In mainland France: 2 to 4 business days. International deliveries take between 5 and 10 business days on average.
Which carriers do you use?
We use Colissimo for France and DHL or La Poste for international shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many European countries and selected locations outside Europe.
Can I have my order shipped to a different address?
Yes, you can enter a different shipping address at checkout.
How can I track my parcel?
A tracking link will be sent by email once your order has been shipped.

How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to our size guide available on each product page. If unsure, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Do your items fit true to size?
Our cuts are classic. If you're between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.
Where are your clothes made?
All our items are made in Portugal, in family-run workshops we've been working with for years.
What are your quality commitments?
Our garments are made to last: durable fabrics, clean finishes, comfort, and European manufacturing.
How should I care for my Ethnic Blue garments?
Wash at 30 or 40°C. Avoid tumble drying to preserve the softness and fit.
📦 Returns & Refunds
How do I return an item?
Complete the return form included in your package and send the item(s) back to the return address.
Are returns free?
Yes, in mainland France (one free return per order). For returns outside France, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
What is the return period?
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item(s).
When will I be refunded?
The refund is processed upon receipt and verification of your return, using the same payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
To exchange, simply place a new order. Your original item will be refunded upon return.

What are your response hours?
Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We usually respond within 24 to 48 hours.
Can I visit your showroom?
Our showroom is not open to the public.
